Orders & Processing

How do I place an order?

Browse our products, select your size and quantity, upload your artwork, and complete checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If production hasn’t started yet, we may be able to help. Email us ASAP with your order number and what you need changed.

Do you send proofs before printing?

We send PDF proofs for certain products like numbered or variable printing jobs before production begins. When your item qualifies for a proof, we’ll email you a proof to review and approve, and production time starts once you approve it. Proofs help ensure layout and details are correct before printing.

How long does production take?

Production times vary by product. Most orders are typically produced within 3–5 business days before shipping.

Artwork & Files

What file format should I upload?

We recommend uploading print-ready PDF files with all fonts embedded or outlined. High-resolution JPG or PNG files are also accepted if they meet our specs.

What resolution should my artwork be?

For best quality, create your artwork at 300 DPI at final print size. Low-resolution files may print blurry or pixelated

What is bleed?

Bleed is extra artwork that extends past the trim/cut line so your design doesn’t get white edges when trimmed. Most products require a 1/8″ (0.125″) bleed on all sides, and important text or graphics must be inside the safe margin.

Should my file be CMYK or RGB?

We recommend CMYK colour mode for print files so the finished colours are closer to what you expect. RGB colours from screens may shift when printed.

Will you check my file before printing?

We do a basic file review to confirm it’s printable (correct bleed, resolution, etc.), but we do not edit or correct files. Please double-check spelling, layout, and safe margins before submitting.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Ontario, Canada.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on your location and carrier, but it’s typically 2–6 business days after production is complete.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email.

My order is delayed — what should I do?

Check your tracking link first. If it hasn’t updated or looks stuck, email us your order number and we’ll help investigate.

Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and secure online payments through Shopify checkout.

Do you offer refunds?

Because items are custom printed, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or file issues. If there’s a print defect or damage, contact us and we’ll make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, the packaging, and your order number. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or solution.

What if I made a mistake in my artwork?

We print what you submit. If you think there’s an issue, contact us immediately—if production hasn’t started, we may be able to update the file.
