At Fresh Printz, every order is printed to order with care and precision. Below you’ll find important information about production timelines, shipping options, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing & Production Time

All products are made-to-order

  • Standard production time: 3–6 business days
  • Larger quantities or specialty print items may require additional production time
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)

Shipping Rates and Timelines

Standard Shipping (Canada)

  • A flat shipping rate of $20 CAD per order applies to all orders under $150 CAD (before taxes).
  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after production is complete
  • Please note that shipping timelines begin after production has finished.

Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).
  • The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your order subtotal reaches $150.

Shipping TImeline

  • Standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days after production is complete.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier performance.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking code to monitor the delivery status directly through the carrier’s website in real-time.
  • If you have trouble tracking your order or your tracking number isn’t updating, please contact us at info@freshprintz.ca and we’ll help.

Shipping Delays

  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, high seasonal demand, or service disruptions beyond our control
  • Fresh Printz is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier

Customs & Duties (International Orders)


International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes.These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery
  • If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for a reprint
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging are required to process your claim
  • Approved claims will be resolved with a reprint of the affected items — refunds are not provided for damaged or missing products
  • All products are custom-made to order. As such, refunds are not provided once production has begun.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information
  • Fresh Printz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or re-shipped orders
