Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping via UPS, FedEx or Canpar across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, Canada. Typical delivery timelines (after processing) are 2–6 business days afer production.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and or weather.
Shipping Costs
A flat shipping rate of $20 CAD per order applies to all orders under $150 CAD (before taxes).
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).
The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your order subtotal reaches $150.

The adjustable cuff offers a prominent embroidery area, making it ideal for logos, text, or simple graphics. Durable stitched embroidery ensures your design stays sharp through regular use and washing.

File Preparation
File Requirements
- Submit embroidery graphics as PNG files with transparent backgrounds.
- Resolution should be at least 300 DPI.
- Do not include photographic images, gradients, fades, or blend effects. These cannot be embroidered.
- Very large designs may exceed the 15,000 stitch limit. If this happens, your order will be placed on hold and we will contact you.
Maximum Stitch Area
- Maximum area: 4" W × 1.75" H
- Minimum shape thickness: 0.05" (1.3 mm)
- Minimum lowercase letter height: 0.25" (6.4 mm)
- Minimum uppercase letter height: 0.3" (7.6 mm)
Text smaller than 0.25" (6.4 mm) will be stitched using a run stitch.
Design Requirements
Embroidery is different from printing. Simple, bold designs work best.
Use:
- Clean shapes
- Bold lines
- Simple text
Designs that contain gradients, photos, or intricate details may be rejected.
Common Reasons for Rejection
Text is too smal; lines are too thin
- Text should be at least 0.25" tall and 0.05" thick.
- 0.25" is roughly 36 pt font size, depending on the font.
- Recommended fonts: Arial, Helvetica, Myriad Pro.
Avoid small text or details made from negative space.
Instead, fill these areas with a solid color for better stitching results.
Embroidery uses solid thread colors only.
Gradients must be converted into solid color shapes before submitting your design.
Photographic images
Photos cannot be embroidered directly.
They must be simplified into solid shapes and colors before they can be used.
Too much detail
Designs with very fine details may not stitch correctly.
Common issues include:
- Details smaller than 0.05"
- Elements placed too close together
Thin Borders
Avoid thin outlines around text or graphics.
Thin borders can cause misalignment during stitching.
Best practice: keep designs large, bold, and simple.
