Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping via UPS, FedEx or Canpar across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, Canada. Typical delivery timelines (after processing) are 2–6 business days afer production.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and or weather.
Shipping Costs
A flat shipping rate of $20 CAD per order applies to all orders under $150 CAD (before taxes).
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).
The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your order subtotal reaches $150.

If you need multiple versions (for example, different names or artwork), please add each version to your cart separately and upload the correct file for each item.

Product Overview
A practical business card with a semi-gloss coated front and an uncoated, writable back. It is ideal for appointment cards, loyalty cards and professional cards that need space for handwritten notes.
Product Features
- Finished size: 3.5" × 2"
- Stock: 14pt C1S cardstock (90 Bright)
- Finish: AQ semi-gloss coating on the front only; uncoated writable back
- Printing: Full-colour CMYK, single sided (4/0) or double sided (4/4)
- Quantities: 250, 500 or 1,000 cards
- Corners: Standard square or rounded (¼" radius)
- Turnaround: Generally 3–4 business days after artwork approval; timing is confirmed when the order is placed
Artwork Requirements
- Submit a print-ready PDF at the correct finished dimensions
- Use CMYK colour at 300 dpi
- Include 1/16" bleed on every side
- Embed all images and outline all text
- For double-sided files, page 1 prints on the coated side and page 2 prints on the uncoated writable side
- Keep important text and logos inside the safe area shown in the template
