We offer standard shipping via UPS, FedEx or Canpar across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, Canada. Typical delivery timelines (after processing) are 2–6 business days afer production.

A flat shipping rate of $20 CAD per order applies to all orders under $150 CAD (before taxes).
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).
The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your order subtotal reaches $150.

File Preparation
Upload your design elements
Upload your artwork elements (logo, graphic, or slogan) and position them using our mockup generator to create the final layout. You do not need to upload a fully assembled print file.
Accepted file formats
Submit artwork in PNG or JPEG format with a minimum resolution of 150 DPI.
Use PNG for designs with transparent backgrounds.
Color profile
Create files in the sRGB color profile to ensure printed colors closely match your screen.
Remove template guides
If you use our templates, delete all guideline layers before exporting. Any remaining guides will appear in the final print.
Tips for Best Results
• Use solid colors — semi-transparent elements may not print clearly with sublimation.
• Ensure artwork is high resolution; simply increasing DPI will not improve a low-quality image.
• Darker colors print more visibly than very light colors.
• Avoid thin details — keep elements at least 2px thick and text 5px or larger.
Important Notes
• Non-transparent backgrounds will print as part of the design.
• Artwork wraps around the bottle, leaving a 1.25″ gap between the start and end of the design.
