Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard shipping via UPS, FedEx or Canpar across the Greater Toronto Area and Ontario, Canada. Typical delivery timelines (after processing) are 2–6 business days afer production.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and or weather.
Shipping Costs
A flat shipping rate of $20 CAD per order applies to all orders under $150 CAD (before taxes).
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before taxes).
The discount is applied automatically at checkout once your order subtotal reaches $150.

Spot UV File Setup Instructions
To produce your Spot UV business cards correctly, please submit two separate PDF files:
1. Full-Color Artwork
This is your regular print design showing how the card should appear when printed.
2. Spot UV Template
This file indicates exactly where the Spot UV coating should be applied.
- Spot UV areas must be 100% Black (K).
- Areas without Spot UV must remain white.
- For best results, this file should be vector-based.
If you want an entire side of the card coated with Spot UV, the corresponding page in your template file should be completely filled with 100% Black (K).
For Double-Sided Cards (4/4 Printing)If you are ordering double-sided printing with Spot UV on only one side, please ensure:
- Page 1 of your artwork is the Spot UV side.
Important Spot UV Guidelines
Keep Spot UV Away From Edges
Spot UV should not extend to the trimmed edge of the card.
- Maintain at least 5 mm of space between Spot UV elements and the card edge.
- This prevents the coating from lifting or peeling after trimming.
If a Spot UV file is submitted with full bleed, our system will automatically apply a 5 mm safety margin, which may leave a visible non-UV border near the edges.
For best results, avoid full-bleed Spot UV designs.
Spot UV Accuracy
Positioning of the spot UV cannot be 100% guaranteed. Please note that there may be a shift of approximately 1/16" in the spot UV position on the printed product. We do not recommend placing spot UV on small text or very small images.
Design Tips
- Spot UV works best on logos, text, or patterns you want to highlight.
- Avoid placing Spot UV over very small details or thin lines for the best results.
